#1 - Send Us Your Property Information & Photos

The first thing we need from you is all the information you can provide about your property. We have an online form that you may fill out, or you may mail or email us with your information.

If you check out the online form, you will see that we ask for LOTS of info. There are two reasons for this: the more information you provide, the more informative your website will be; and much of the information we request is required by one or more of the FSBO websites where we will list your home.

We also need your photos. For the basic fee of $59.95, you get to include 3 photos (floorplans OK), with each additional photo only $5. You can email or mail us photos (scanning is free).

#2 - Send Us Your Payment

The second thing we need from you is your payment.

#3 - Send Us Your Approval

Once we have received your order, payment and photos, it generally takes 3 business days for us to have a draft website ready for your approval.

All you have to do then is to send us any corrections or changes you may have, then give us your approval to advertise. Once we have received your approval, we will advertise your home, land or other property as promised all over the web.
